Doesn't sound like you want to talk in good faith about ways to improve the country, so I guess go back to listening to whatever wacko conservative rustles your jimmies about the "radical left" and "crt".

I have no doubt we've increased the per capita, especially unregistered in recent times. Maybe we could try, I don't know, literally what Australia did after their mass shooting? Heck, if it doesn't work, feel free to have al

I think you're being disingenuous with what you surfaced from your Wikipedia link. We are literally the only country on there that has more guns than people (the 2nd highest is literally half our amount per capita!). Now look at the r

Some others have mentioned it, but it could honestly be a worse scenario if it ends up making it's way into our food because of it (more so than it already does).

The worst part is it's biased towards those who already have the time / security to devote to it, aka those from the upper class. Vicious cycle.

The classic, "if you're prepared and it doesn't happen, it looks wasteful" reason. Or even if it doesn't happen, because you were prepared and released the stockpile, folks don't realize that's the reason

I think you missed my point, some (possibly most) literally can't afford to do what you're suggesting early in their life. It comes from a place of financial and psychological security. I suppose it also depends on your country,

That's not empathy though. The thing is, a lot of folks will get conned over and over, especially as the times change and the cons evolve. You're still thinking of it as something people can learn, but psychology / history s

It also comes from feeling financially secure enough to be comfortable asking those questions. Early in my career I wouldn't have, but at this point I have enough money that I can afford to be more discerning.

Yeah, let's eliminate all regulations. Some of you may die, but that's a risk I'm willing to take /s I mentioned it to another, but have some humanity and empathy for those less "smart" than yourself.

I think you're overestimating humanity here. There's a reason gambling is typically so controlled / limited. Have some empathy for those who might be a little less "smart" than yourself, ultimately we're just

At the very least we need to limit interest rates on loans. Folks shouldn't be debt slaves for the rest of their lives.
