I would caveat that to add if you're planning on running linux, 64-bit in the upscale ARM chips makes a lot more sense. But if you're running in the 'deeply' embedded space, there are plenty of 32bit ARMs (without MMUs)

Perhaps look for projects at hackaday.io too (though there the problem may be sifting through them to find ones with communities vs one-offs). Edit: I see about 1k VHDL and 1K Verilog projects on Github when I search under FPGA. More than I

For the CA senate election in 2016, two Democrats ended up running against each other in the general election as the outcome of the open primary. So for Feinstein to lose it doesn't guarantee that at all.

I wonder if increased automation means poorer responses to emergencies because you have fewer humans there to respond with. On the other hand, maybe it means fewer emergencies because the automation makes fewer mistakes, or makes hard jobs

It seems to me they missed out on trying a partial-VR experience with good 3D interface devices (e.g. Vive hand controllers). In particular it might be less awkward for some than the full-up headsets.

I think you're asking two different questions here. What are some standard conventions for where system files are placed in Ubuntu & Linux? And how are filesystems implemented. For file placement you might start here: https:/

I might recommend "The Goal", it is not so much about implementing processes, but a way to keep perspective about processes to focus upon. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Goal_(novel)

I had a co-worker a long time ago described this problem as being a bunch of lumberjacks chopping down trees, but who were never allowed to stop and sharpen their axe's (let alone procure the chainsaws and learn how to use those...).

I'm not sure I'd class the Gigafactory as a disruption in the "Innovators dilemma" sense. I think some of the genius of Musk is that his bets actually minimize the big unknowns in a physical realm while at this point in

I have never had a problem on a release upgrade. It's one of the reasons to like Debian based distros IMHO. I suppose that may in part be because I typically waited for a while after a new major platform release to move the the next re

No reinstalling needed, you can just do a dist-update to the next distro release whenever it's out. There are reasons to favor the LTS release, but I don't really see that as one of them.

I loaded Ubuntu 16.10 into my build for just that purpose, though really it wouldn't be difficult to bump the 16.04 kernel up to 4.8+. There are also 16.04 and 16.10 ppas with different levels of mesa driver that are built and tested a
