I'm too lazy to find the slide deck from AWS CTO where he explained it, the bigger the total scale the easier it was to support bursting workloads by spreading chunks of data across the whole fleet of disks.

Best diet for mental health is keto diet, or better carnivore, but needs to be very-high fat, and best is non-dairy fat (example beef fat trimmings). Source: See metabolicmind.org

Its the same design. Actually, S3 is easier, because of the bigger scale, making it easier to support high perf. The bigger the scale the easier it is to support high perf on HDDs.

Eh, most people just wing it at everything. Including diet. Source: have to do keto diet and be strict to stop food addiction.

You're too focused on carnivore being harmful when you yourself recommended the keto diet. I never said to go carnivore, just that it's better. I don't do it myself mostly for it's harder to maintain when traveling &

You're incorrect again. Example, you can't do epilepsy-keto with vegan without protein powder. Most/all plants with protein have too much carbs. Plants are subpar nutrition wise compared to red meat especially in keto. The le

This is reverse. The most potent form of keto is carnivore. By potent I mean there are cases where only carnivore works as a solution or is a better one compared to keto (same % of fat). Highest quality protein & fat is from red rumina

No, there aren't. And no, you haven't ready any reputable studies where people did clean keto/carnivore. All your studies are people just talking about their diet, eating meat & stuff. And that "meat & stuff"

It's actually the reverse. "some people" is every person that is overweight (50% of USA). "cancer" are studies where it includes other things, like fast food etc. Haven't researched arteriosclerosis, but we

Note that you have to eat a lot of fat. It's not "high protein", it's "high fat, medium to low protein". > At any rate, do be aware that human biology is quite diverse and diets that work for one may not wor

It is actually the reverse. Keto & carnivore(with only fatty read meat) is the best. If you have diseases like diabetes/epilepsy/mental-illness/food-addiction/etc it (may) help a lot. I eat 6-7 days/week red mea

I target for high ketones (1.5+) & low glucose 4-5mmol (blood test 1 hour after wake up) and higher protein interferes with both of them.
