I'd be careful making such statements without data. For example, one could wonder if what you observe is a correlation, but not a causation: cities that are close to the sea are rich, as seas allow easy trade. And cities that are close

Preview is amazing and I miss it very dearly, now that I'm not running macOS anymore. There's simply nothing like it anywhere else. The amount of things it can do, and what a sleek UI. I only suffered a bit during the El Capitan-S

I've been thinking the same. Also, with libadwaita, it looks quite good by default, and the design is more or less the same as Windows 11 or macOS.

Yep, I work exactly in the same way with Darktable and I really enjoy it. Once you get it, it’s quite straight forward and I’m really happy with the results!

I personally just use Darktable, and I'm incredibly happy with it. It's just a fantastic software and we're lucky to have for free. Kudos to all the developers making free-software photography a reality!

Google needs an appeal process. They have too much of a responsability, they can't do this to people. If they don't want to do it, the law must force them to set one up.

Doesn't GTK4 address your complaints? To a certain degree, I think they've realized what you say. GTK4: - decouples GNOME and GTK. They've created a new library, called libadwaita, that hosts the GNOME stuff. - brings big per
