I think "cis" is a topic related to gender, rather than sex. The term is short for "cisgender". For example, "cis man" and "trans man" are both subsets of men.

I think you could make an argument for the cost-effectiveness of transit and walkability compared to car culture. It lowers the base economic hurdle to be productive in society and is more environmentally friendly to boot. I think it's

I'm not an expert in this by any means, but part of me wonders if it's partially because demographics that have grown up with video games have started to reach a majority point. I could guess in a blunt way that Gen X'ers, Mi

Much like 8-hour workdays, weekends, or parental leave, I'm excited for us to discuss reforming parts of how the world works to make things better for everyone.

Off the top of my head, the things I do more now are: - putting more effort into my appearance in nontraditional ways (eg: makeup, androgynous clothing, haircuts, etc.) - mentioning that I'm frustrated by something - acting naturally w

I found once I dropped certain stoic, masculine behaviours I felt expected from society I became more productive and a better person. There are a lot of people who show subtle hostility to me now (both men and women) but it's honestly

I think the CIC chip would be clean-room [1] designed in this case. It's been done with the Nintendo 64 chip as well via decamping-microscopes. [2] [1] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clean_room_design [2] https:&#

The Dolphin emulator wiki keeps a list of GameCube and Wii titles that shipped their retail releases with debug symbols included. [1] It'd be painstaking reverse-engineering work, but I'm curious if more games in the future could

The UserPatch mod for the older CD release is really interesting, as it modifies the binary to give a lot of new AI script functions. Some of the ones for customized targeting have almost a declarative, map/filter feeling to them, such

Yeah, the sort of things pictured in the dinosaur demo don't always match what's seen in retail PS1 games. I'd love to see a dissection of it.
