Secure backups where the admin doesn't have access to. As someone who runs servers for a living I don't have a problem with this. Automated tools may need to delete and list; but heck off site secure backups are an amazing thing.

No, but that does not mean they won't try. I have worked jobs (back in 2008) where you worked from 8am to 9pm normally. However usually those company's prefer the greener type of employee who is willing to take this kind of abuse
