You read that question very literally. Fridges are often embedded in walls, from our vantage point they have four corners. Yes, technically they have 8 corners, but so too does a door. “Does it have four corners?” is more of an abstraction

Well, technically not nothing. Exercise can get you a few hundred extra calories burned a day, which will have an impact. But the sentiment is correct. 90% of losing weight is eating less calories. Exercise is still good though, without it

Whether a price is $59.99 or $60.00 conveys a notable degree of information to the consumer. I wouldn’t be quick to assume it’s taking advantage of people’s innumeracy.

Perhaps, but there is a small benefit to the consumer. A whole number can indicate the brand is positioned towards upper-class consumers and that a price conscious consumer should look for cheaper alternatives. It’s not a significant benefi
