If you think this is just npm, try running "cargo update" on a older Rust project.

Partially true because of how pervasive they've become, they're powerful enough to influence the lawmakers in my country. I don't really see myself as a victim though, I just use different search engines.

I just tried this out, and it works fine for at least one of the local organizations here, both in Google and DuckDuckGo (530-926-4698). I just tried it with my own number, and my site comes up with both search engines as well.

Sounds like a situation I've found myself in before. The majority of the work is done, and it's become more work to organize and maintain a team than to simply do it on your own.

Yeah, different thing, and the studies I quoted are talking about aerosol transmission. I didn't mean to imply they're the same, simply that aerosol is microscopic "drops" of liquid.

Why is virus transmission via aerosol such a controversial thing? When you cough, microscopic water drops get suspend in the air and studies have proven other strains of coronavirus can survive in these particles, especially in office condi

Well yes, in those cases it doesn't make sense, but the article mentions things like date fields, where you might want a min of 1 and a max of 31. It can also make sense to use step="0.1" if you need value to include tenths.
