Very interesting idea. However, Apple and Amazon have very distinct ways of doing business that would stop any potential purchase talks dead in their tracks. 1) Apple makes and sells everything itself at very high profit margins. They also

I've used DailyBurn.com for much of what you are talking about, as far as tracking what I eat. But I haven't used the specific mail planning feature as I am not a paid member.

Quickest way I'd be able to make $100 today is to sell something I already own and no longer use. Another way would be to get someone to prepay you today for a job you will do over the course of the week or something similar.

If you want to maintain your wealth... I'd suggest cashing out as fast as you can. Sure, things may go well and prices may rise more. But it's only a matter of time before governments start going after BitCoin. Oh, wait. That started yester

Because investing the time to create a secure, usable voting system takes time, energy, and financial resources. Few people are willing to do that much work for no financial reward.

You're right. I wrote my post in one sitting, and didn't realize that I was hiding my own faults and shortcomings in getting to the position the business is in today. My list was not one of reasons I failed, but one of lessons I felt I shou

I didn't know that I was infringing until he notified me. But after doing the research, I am quite certain that I am. I definitely plan on making the necessary adjustments.

That's the one. I would make the guess that liferesponseusa.com is not the same business, based on the different addresses you brought up. I wonder if they're looking at a similar situation with the trademark holder.

The idea is not original. But the market is lucrative and growing daily. We were completely satisfied with the idea of taking a very small slice of the pie.

You're absolutely right. I don't contest that we are infringing. For the record, we didn't know anything about his business when we chose our name. We merely saw that 'companyname.com' was taken but not used. We assumed (you know what they
