I would make the guess that liferesponseusa.com is not the same business, based on the different addresses you brought up. I wonder if they're looking at a similar situation with the trademark holder.
- kirbman89 15y agoI'd review the relevant trademark laws before believing a third party. Get an attorney if you still aren't sure. Question everything.
- bugsy 15y agoCheck out "Health Sentry". There's a 1999 application that was cancelled in 2007, so maybe you could file for it and it's a good term.
