Plagiarism is really the least of my concerns in that case. The fact that a university president had to use convoluted statements to answer something as basic as "is calling for the murder of jews against the rules of university",

Hamas bad behavior didn’t stop on oct 7. It isn’t « past » behavior. It’s an ongoing conflict, with hamas having hostages and firing rockets every day. They are however the initiator of this war.

that would explain the kicking out of the protest. It doesn't explain why no proeminent feminist organization marched for those israeli women that got raped. It's not about them being pro-rape, it's about them hating israelis

i'm not sure if you're doing this on purpose or not but that's not what i asked. So let me ask again more precisely : Why would a feminist movement only protest for women killed by bombing and not the ones killed and raped 2

I notice you still haven't given me any plausible reason. What's the "strong version" then ? the "definitive answer" was for the global historical interest on the israel/arab conflict. But once again, this

The fact that the israeli-arab conflict in general triggers extraordinary responses in the public opinion is another issue. i don't have any definitive answer on that. The troubling part is that women are killed almost the same day in

Now of course they're never going to say it out loud (hence the hypocrisy). But that's the only logical conclusion for them never organizing anything for the women that got raped and murdered on oct 7, and rejecting the ones that

I believe 3/ those people are caught in their own self contradictions. They hate israel so much that they're actually sorting between women that got killed for the wrong reasons and women that got killed and raped because they som

I think you grant protesters far too much common sense. What i'm saying isn't theoretical : as a recent example, here in paris a feminist movement protesting in support of palestinians women under bombing explicitly rejected from

I agree with your point, however in this case i think it's important to pinpoint the hypocrisy of some people. You can't blame israel for oct 7, ask them to stop their ongoing operations in gaza, not call for the release of hostag

It's often accompanied by cheerful comments whenever an israeli soldier dies in gaza, killed by hamas. I think it's pretty clear those people are on the terrorists side on this war.

yes the problem is most likely that a lot of people have become hamas's defenders recently for some uncomprehensible reasons. Like finding them justifications, or supporting them on the ongoing war. It's pretty insane if you think

i think the nature of GUI programming hasn't been well enough characterized, and thus the tools we use for building them aren't adequate. it's a bit like trying to do DB programming before transaction, and relational algebra

what is going to be the impact in terms of performance of allocating a new variable for each iteration of the loop ? Is the compiler smart enough to only do this when it's needed ?

i'd say the problem is mainly the inability of young generation to be able to write and speak proper french. Speaking slang is fun and everybody's been doing it forever. However being only able to speak slang is a problem.

for what it's worth, you could very well build all your swift packages with vscode. The swift plugin is really good, and integration with swift-format makes it a really nice development experience.

you kind of mix everything up to try and build a very oriented picture of the conflict : political sovereignty of a nation over a land, consequences of the ongoing civil war between jews and arabs since the beginning of the 20th century, on
