I'm Christian, and I believe in evolution, the big bang, old earth.. They're not contradictory. There are actually a lot of Christians who believe in those things. CS Lewis believed in an old earth while also believing in God. I u

While we do incarcerate too much, I don't think the solution is necessarily "incarcerate less" as much as it is "Nurture families more and create stable environments for children to grow up in so that they feel wanted.&q

If only Firefox OS has succeeded. Between Android or iOS, I don't see iOS as being much better. At least I can still side-load applications in Android if it gets banned by the censors.

What engineering team is going to want to tie themselves deeply to a system that builds a reputation for kicking clients off with a 1 day notice?

Funny how I see people complaining about a lack of checkbooks, and people complaining about a lack of mailing checks features in the same thread. Seems like no matter what you do, people will be there to complain about it. But they started

It's why it's so terrifying to watch people call on social media companies to censor controversy. Freedom of speech is what separates us from them.

I know this is an unpopular opinion and I'm willing to sacrifice karma for saying this, but I see it the same way to with pro-choice people too. If they're willing to kill off their unborn because they're unwanted, how far do

One question that's been on my mind lately, is if we find this to be true, if we even can; should we hold those in power responsible for their actions? Many leaders have taken Covid-19 as a free "Do whatever they want" card,

Eugenics has always been a 'choice'. The only difference is who is making the choice. As long as it's not the choice of the individual being euthanized; it's still a rebranded form of eugenics.
