Something being innate doesn't necessary mean it is in your genes. It could be influenced/decided by any event or hormonal level during pregnancy / early childhood.

I second this, as an European, I would rather not live in the US. Sure I would like to visit, there are lots of interesting place, but having to deal with the TSA is to much of a hassle on its own. Government shut-down closing those interes
