Yes, I know about the Google profile, it's transparent and I turned Google's app activity off. My Google profile is right now empty. That's not Android. Let me repeat the question — how does Android track you?

I've worked on anti-ad-blocking tech previously. Safari's content blocking is the weakest on the market and can be easily circumvented. And I'm an iOS user and the ads on the websites I visit are unbearable and have tried man

I use NextDNS. And Firefox on iOS does block trackers out of the box which is pretty cool too. This combination doesn't get rid of all ads, but it does get rid of a lot of them and the egregious cases are covered.

Do you have some evidence on how Android tracks you or is this just a guess?

VS is not built on top of dotNET. VS Code was expected to run on anything, being nothing more than Javascript & HTML wrapped via Electron.

The line about the coup d'etat is bullshit, stop spreading nonsense. Ceaușescu was killed because the terrorists wouldn't give up otherwise, the terrorists being suspected to be the old secret police, which also wreaked havoc in T

I'm a Romanian and I actually love my country, but this article is more about communist Romania or at most the Romania of the 90s and we shouldn't be in denial about past or even current problems.

Absence of evidence, is not evidence of absence dude, this is obvious. But fact of the matter is you made an allegation that is not supported by evidence. If we are talking about what constitutes proof, I can tell what isn't proof ...

Arguably international adoptions are a good thing, given the proper checks in place to ensure those children aren't adopted into slavery. There are currently tens of thousands of abandoned children in Romania that nobody wants to adopt

This is a direct result of Ceaușescu banning abortions in comunist România in his infamous decree 770 from 1966, in an effort to grow the population. This was a huge social experiment the pro-life vs pro-choice debaters can learn from. If y

Education is an issue. Very few programmers actually know what functional programming even is or how it can help. Also 40 years ago we had what? LISP as is commonly used is not an FP language. ML was nice but there wasn't much FP done

Why are you jumping to conclusions on the double standard? Classic whataboutism. No, I don't use Google or Facebook either. And I've been avoiding Microsoft since the '90-ties.
