I have some from Costco and IIUC you need to take it in the morning or something for 2 weeks? Never seemed to do much to me though, especially when I really need it.

Oh interesting, I see that it's made with bicabornate sodium. Just bought some! And some tums as well. Let's see if any of these work :D thanks!

Same here + acid reflux that keep me awake at night sometimes.

What really kills me is acid reflux. If I get it at night I just have to wake up and sit down or stand up until it passes... fortunately it happens rarely enough and I kind of know what will trigger it, but it still sucks.

It's interesting because this was me. I couldn't drink coffee, even in the morning, without getting pretty strong jitters AND not being able to sleep at night. I didn't know it could be because of slow metabolizing. But I

Some people are just shitty. There are scammers, rapists, etc. Everywhere. Video games cheaters are just the scummiest people online.

That really sounds like the argument of someone that never plays multiplayer games online. There’s no way you would say that otherwise.

I love this lack of namespacing personally, because it means that whatever crate you see in a project is going to be the same as the crate your see in another one. Never need to alias crate names. It happens in Golang all the time and I rea

No you should read “this thing is amazing for human advancements and to reduce traffic death globally and it also works pretty amazingly in SF besides a few hiccups”

I live in SF and ride waymo/cruise all the time and I think it sucks that the news focus on the few incidents because the whole thing is awesome

I don't understand why all these companies keep trying to innovate in CA/SF. It's obvious that the climate is anti-progress in a lot of ways. I'm still salty that I can't get a scooter or ebike easily anymore and ha

I see all the comments about how managers are necessary. Let’s assume we can automate more and more HR tasks, what are managers required for besides that?

This. It would be suicidal to leave a manager a bad review. The only thing that works is anonymous feedback which is how Meta/Facebook is so effective at getting rid of bad managers.
