It seems like a perfect opportunity for someone to disrupt this market. I have never spent more than $100 on prescription glasses ($20 for lens with AR coating). I understand there's lack of information, otherwise people would buy just

I haven't really experienced that but if I had, that would make me quit on the product. I use it on my MacBook and Hackintosh Desktop, and perhaps there's lag on other platforms but I haven't used them.

Agreed. One of my pet peeves is JS projects. I am not sure why but the front-end developers refuse to add any comments at all. This trend, oddly enough, started with ES6. Pre-ES6, JSDoc style comments at least, were quite common. Just becau

Is anyone aware of any studies done on whether and how soon the "circadian rhythm" adjusts and changes? Personally, I easily and fully adjust within a few weeks to any new sleep schedule. For 10-14 days, I definitely feel more fat

Doesn't seem to work on Android devices. All I see is missing unicode characters. Roboto doesn't seem to have have these glyphs. On Mac, most of the glyps in the title seem to be from STIX font.

That's a very legit concern that doesn't just affect the old. Many of us who are relatively young with certain level of astigmatism have halation / fuzzing when using dark schemes.

For many of us with astigmatism, the trend to default to dark schemes would be quite troubling. They're painfully uncomfortable irrelevant of contrast. There's fuzzing and "halation". It took me a long time to figure out

From perspective of Web Designers and Web Devs who obsess over font-rendering, the way I see it: -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; will be the default now as opposed to subpixel-antialiased. And you will no longer have control over it. S

Not entirely true. The fact is they could have used SODIMM DDR4 which is 1.2v and has a power usage close to LPDDR3 (also 1.2v). But they would have to redesign and they would lose a very few mm in thinness.

Any reason why they couldn't use SODIMM DDR4? It's 1.2v of DDR4 vs 1.2v of LPDDR3. I would like to see some hard facts instead of everyone simply quoting what a marketing person from Apple had to say. IMHO, it's just that the
