A majority of comments here seem to think that literally millions of units of electronics are being shredded wastefully, instead of more meaningfully re-used. Ok, great! This is HN! Where are the calls to start a company to leverage this ne

Great analysis! Have you heard of the Birkman personality assessment? One of the components it measures is exactly what you describe (they call it Esteem). It doesn't make you an asshole (intent) not to know that, but it does make your

We just jumped down this rabbit-hole for a few weeks as we go through a hiring sprint. There's a consultant in this space that makes this exact argument -- Lou Adler -- and he's got the entire process spelled out in one of his boo

We have had this problem, even with commercially-purchased royalty-free music. The idea of getting generated music that will never trip "Content ID" is nice, since having our customers' tracks pulled is an un-solvable problem
