I would agree up until the myspace part. Myspace died simply because facebook was percieved as way trendier at the time. The transition happened while myspace was more or less at its peak and I don't remember many adds or major changes

Lets just call it what it is. If you are involved in law enforcement in the USA, many if not most laws simply don't apply to you in many if not most circumstances. The courts have signed off on this, it's really not a secret or so

You seem to be applying logic whereas if logic mattered this never would have occurred in the first place. Of course they can and will make these types of arguments.

12 years is way too little for this guy. Abusing positions of power should always have the book thrown to the maximum extent. I accept that this will never happen but confused as to why this doesn't outrage people. Hopefully he gets wh

I don't understand the obsession with recreating meat from people who seem to make a lifestyle out of disliking meat. If vegetables are your thing, why not eat vegetables in vegetable form? The imitation stuff is always terrible. Veget

This is the reality of the astoundingly terrible business of food delivery. Take something with already razor thin margins, add multiple layers of middle men each with their own overhead and create the amazing situation where the product is

Were you expecting a recruiter to say "Yeah things aren't great. I expect layoffs in the next few months" .? If so that's honestly on you. They would get fired for saying that. Of course they are never going to

I mostly don't care about people losing money who decided to gamble on obviously ultra speculative investments like shitcoins but the story of Axie is particularly sad and egregious. It was aggressively marketed as a way out of poverty

Good. They were censoring people like Dr. Jay Bhattacharya who were putting out valid scientific viewpoints (not anti vaxxer stuff) while putting out stuff like the nonsensical CDC early press release that you didn't need to wear a mas

Why did this need to be an opinion piece. Is there some danger to hearing about a piece of legislation without being explicitly told how to feel about it? Noticed this with the other WP story on here. "people are spending their time al

I honestly disagree in good faith. I'm not saying I feel no empathy for people in shitty jobs. I do. I've worked plenty of shitty jobs. I've worked jobs that I percieved as bullshit. But someone else didn't perceive them
