The judge said the FBI didn't violate anyone's rights because they followed "standard inventory procedures", and the warrant allowed them to do that. The judge did not even address the fact that that provision of the warrant was inconsistent with the basis on which the warrant was issued and with the warrant's specification of what was to be seized, namely, the boxes, not their contents. This judgment should be reversed on appeal on those grounds.
