"Texas Bans the Sale of Tesla Vehicles" Title is misleading. Texas didn't ban the sale of Teslas but rather Teslas are incapable of being sold due to legislation that was added back in 2003. Still a problem, but it should

If your cycle count is 223 and you are nearing 80%, then your battery is defective, plain and simple. Apple will replace it. It's happened to me a couple times and Apple took care of it with no hassles.

How exactly does copyright work on fantasy user interfaces? Can someone create an app with the same style of interface as some of these, or is that a violation of something?

By the same token, we don't really know why SendGrid fired Adria. The post mentioned that SendGrid failed by not immediately making a statement (or forcing her to publicly apologize), then over-reacting by firing her too late. But we reall

1,2, & 3 can be accomplished by lots of gifts that aren't diamond rings . Why waste the "gesture" on a diamond ring, that if the husband leaves (divorce, death, whatever), isn't worth even close to what was paid for it.

But the Mac Pros people are using now don't cease to exist if/when Apple officially cans them. That makes them very disimilar products. You would have been better off comparing to Apple iWeb Hosting.

"While Apple hasn't exactly disrupted any industries lately, it's not as if they've had a long dry spell" Just how often is a company supposed to disrupt an industry? Most companies don't even do it once.

Apple doesn't care what icons are on the home screen as long as that home screen is on an iOS device, because the device is where they make their money. I doubt Apple is losing sleep because I don't use their mail app. The more revealing ta

"91% of the Android market is covered by 3 major versions (2.2, 2.3, and 4.0). 72% is covered by just two major versions (2.3 and 4.0)." Disingenuous. 65% of that 72% is 2.3. And now, yet another major version has been released.
