If you’re getting a location based pay adjustment you’re either working for a company that doesn’t give a shit about you or you aren’t negotiating hard enough. Both of these cases are fixable.

Why is betting on that now insane? Are you saying that you don't think the market will reach, and exceed, the present level in 10 to 20 years? I don't think it's insane... I don't want to put words in the parent poster&#

I hope there is a resurgence of couch co-op games after the lockdown. I have been playing a LOT of games, most of them of just mediocre quality, with my kids. Co-op makes mediocre games fun most of the time. I wish there were more options a

Hard to say what the average is across all credit cards. When I was young my interest rate was fuck%, but now that I’m over 40 with a good history it’s 9.24%. I don’t keep a balance, though, I just use it for 1) fraud protection, 2) points.

It's not AWS, but you can look at https://www.webhostingtalk.com/ to find dedicated servers in different regions. I have an elasticsearch cluster node in Kanasas City, for example. ( Joe's Datacenter: https:&#x2F

Shouldn't it be the other way around? It's expensive but super shitty compared to actual luxury cars. When Hyundai trumps your build quality you have serious issues.

It’s a luxury car? I haven’t ever considered the 3 as a luxury car. The 5, sure, but not the 3.

My favorite pizza place was affected by this action. I'm about 25 minutes away from the affected area. It's not a very remote location.

What do you mean we do so little?! Look at all the GREAT THINGS we do. Have you ever considered the privilege of drinking water? We should tax that. What about your car? We should come up with an emissions standard that ONLY APPLIES TO US.

Seriously. Each time I have to do something in elasticsearch I'm constantly trying to reason why the creators went about it like this. Yeah hey let's serialize some nested JSON object that contains no less than 2,000 brackets.

Cool, my very own Yuba City featured on the maps update. Indeed, it's pretty nice... But I'm still more excited about being able to use Waze in Carplay than any kind of Apple maps updates.
