It can matter, but it doesn't matter universally. Just because some, or even most, people want to reproduce, doesn't mean that has to be everyone's goal or plan. People who can't or don't want to reproduce routine

You are making the (wrong) assumption that relationships are all about reproduction. Marriage has no requirement for reproduction. The argument is also deeply flawed because "women can only have one man's baby at a time" igno

Across media I've seen a lot more of "species with only one gender" (e.g: Mass Effect), "species with no concept of gender" (e.g: Steven Universe). This probably makes more sense given how often sci-fi is about soci

To be fair, the commercial space industry isn't focused on stuff like Mars (that's mostly PR stuff) - it's about satellites. GPS, communication, mapping, etc... These are things that make a huge difference to our everyday liv

You don't see the harm in any con man being able to put together a "therapy" that has no chance of working and charge terminally ill people a ton of money, wasting what little time they have, and taking their money from them?

I wouldn't called Deluge minimalist - that's Transmission. Deluge is more of a power-tool, albeit one most people can use happily. The big thing that I like is that you can use the desktop GUI (GTK) client with a remote daemon doi
