Yeah, very true. The algorithm to solve the cube is simple. The accomplishment here is the mechanical part.

The nostalgia! I programmed my first game in my early teens in AS2! Those were the days... Hehe. I think Macromedia Flash/ActionScript 2.0 were the perfect tools to get started with programming, I was really lucky. I don't think I

You can churn out a complete HTML5/JavaScript game in 2 evenings. Granted, you have to import images and don't have the convenience of just drawing something and making a MovieClip out of it. However, fundamentally, it's very

I think the key here is Form follows function Many gamedevs don't get this. The underlying mechanics form the core gameplay. You can always make the story, looks and characters fit, but if your game mechanics are boring and broken, o

You have that problem with all executables that are not distributed through an audited packet manager (or another safe channel). If you directly download any executable for linux, or apks for android, you have the exact same problem.

I hate how intrusive the Windows Defender is, it automatically deleted some executables of mine I know to be clean (false positives). Just disable that beast entirely, seriously (group policy or regedit). Makes your PC much snappier. Defend

Let's be frank here: Free speech and facebook never go together. They want to present as a respectable forum where prominent people like politicians can have their platform (same with Twitter). That needs some kind of filtering. And, a
