I've implemented your last suggestion of scoring words by how much they reduce the pool of potential candidates (12k+). Testing it against the 1,000 most frequent words (targets), the word LORES seems to work best on average.

I fully agree, I don't think many London companies can afford to reject good candidates only because of age. Recently, I had the exact opposite experience, where an older candidate turned down an offer because they didn't want to

I'm using the recommended Fastmail setup with my own name server, which doesn't support DMARC out of the box. Is this something I should look into to improve deliverability?

Yes, but researching these alternatives takes time and energy. Personally, I rather spent a £1-2k more on my tech gadgets per year than leaving the Apple ecosystem, which works well for me.

Doesn't blacklisting funds go against the main idea of a decentralised crypto currency? What's the point of replacing the traditional banking and monetary system with something where funds could be devalued by the decisions of a f

It's not like corruption and organise crime doesn't exist in Western countries or governments. For example, the Maltese journalist Daphne Caruana was killed after reporting on government corruption in Malta, an EU member state.
