There are multiple scientific studies show the positive affects of meditation and a myriad of health benefits.... I'm not sure what "gurus" you're seeing but it's not really relevant to objective studies that show i

Imagine defending this. Every comment you make is just reinforcing my point. It's hilarious to watch you fumble around with this. If you base a law on subjective feelings towards words said you do not have free speech. I'll say it

Whether they should or shouldn't be addressed by a GD is irrelevant. They are addressed by a GP in many circumstances. There are not enough psychiatrists around to cover everyone. Your point is moot. The system is not set up to push th

Yeah I had a couple rough years with panic attacks, high anxiety state (always been anxious but not to that level). What you start to realize is that you are actually scared of the anxiety itself, not the situations so much. So, you sort of

This is the wrong approach imo. Therapy, lifestyle changes, learning to cope with it without meds should always be the first line treatment. More and more, you see the approach of just handing out meds like candy with a small mention that y

The source was literally the law. If you want to gaslight people into believing it doesn't say what it does maybe you need to look internally at why you're doing that. Why does it upset you that this law is being scrutinized? I ha

We don't need Alfalfa? Is the claim here that this agriculture is unnecessary. If so, then why is it happening. It seems to me that they'd go out of business if that's true at all. Just do it somewhere else is not an answer.

Paths in the US are usually multi-use. Almost no where has a dedicated bike lane, and if they do it's just a line on the side of the road. If you're going to be speeding along at 20mph the side of the road works just fine.
