I really doubt they had wireless wi-fi cameras. Any decent installer would never do that for such a large establishment with that many cameras. In fact, it would probably be more maintenance because they are not as reliable. It would be int

Fair enough, so you would assume that the burglar would run away. What if they don't? A few years back in one of the wealthiest areas of Florida, I had 3 people enter my home one night while I was asleep and take computers, tvs, etc.. At th

Ok, so his daughter was at the school down the street. Does that really change anything? He's still a member of that community and should be able to protect his children to the best of his ability.

Are you implying that developed civilized nations mean you can let your guard down and no harm will be done? You could bring up countless other examples of things people usually do not prepare for. Bottom line is we can not prepare for ever

I can tell you without a doubt that I do not live in fear. Carrying a gun simply lets me go about my day knowing that I am equipped to handle an unpleasant or potentially deadly situation should I have to. Where do you live that you believe

I'm interested in hearing your thought on this in more detail. Can you explain how the police in the UK are able to get to your house fast enough in the middle of the night when someone breaks in? It takes hardly even 30 seconds to kick in

I'll start by saying we do not have a gun problem in this country. We have a people problem. Speaking of people problems, I started reading these comments in hope of finding a different attitude than what I have been hearing around the topi

I got the same feeling. Although I agree with some of the points made I think it was the way it was worded and the "-1's" that came off as really distasteful.

Sometimes when reading articles from HN I'll try to guess if the comments will be positive or negative. I guessed that these would be positive. I seem to of been wrong though... It seems like every other day there is an article on HN talkin

I'm not sure how I feel about legalizing it but part of me thinks we don't need yet another substance that will make people more likely to act like idiots or endanger others. I get the idea of having the freedom to do what you wish with you

I think it depends on your credit card company. American Express is well-known for very good customer service and easy no hassle chargebacks. My Bank of America card was a bit more of a hassle though trying to find the correct form to fill

Glad I'm not alone. Not that I'm saying all realtors are this way but we get a lot that have the "my way is the only way" mentality. It doesn't help that the real estate industry in general can tend to be a bit old fashioned. I would say 90

Great points I hadn't thought about. Thanks. Letting customers remove their testimonial sounds like a smart way to relieve some anxiety. Maybe even let them edit it so they can add to or update their results & experiences over time.

We'll definitely take a closer look at our pricing and consider some options. We'd like to see a good ROI even at $29+ per month by increasing our customers' conversions or gaining referrals. At another startup I've worked on (virtualstagin
