I'm on the 12 Mini without any care with charging, it's at 89% capacity. I do have "Optimised Battery Charging On" apparently, not sure when that was added? Might've always been on not sure. From the description: &q

Also using an iPad Pro that I got in 2018 (I think, the first 12.9 inch with the current look), it used to be better at it than it is now. In the beginning it would rarely drain now it drains ~20% overnight. Granted mine is older and has be

Maybe I’m and oddball, but I download third party package managers (or wrappers) on literally every OS I use. Scoop, Chocolatey on Windows. Brew on MacOS. Amethyst on Arch. Linux package managers eviscerate whatever is available on MacOS an

As someone who uses Windows, Arch with Hyperland and MacOS almost daily. I am immensely curious about what you find inconsistent and buggy about macOS? In my experience that’s been the least buggy and inconsistent of the three. My Mac and L

How far can you legally go with those in the US? Here in the EU at most you can ask if they worked there, nothing else.

I don’t agree that’s what TDD does. You spent inordinate amounts thinking about how you should want it to be, when you could just write it, find where and what about it you dislike, write it again and have actual good code. Also called WET.

People often ignore that the browsers themselves have also vastly improved. It's what makes a lot of the modern advances possible in the first place. It's less full-circle, and more a blob that vaguely resembles a circle when you

Same issue for me, I have a 2 paperwhites. But still primarily read from my iPad, as I also like to read online articles. Which doesn't work with the experimental browser.

I've been using Teams on my intel macbook for years, it works "fine". (It's a massive battery drain and CPU hog, but other than that it works) Not sure what you're on about. I'm all for shitting on Teams, as th

I've seen the overal negative sentiment as well. As someone who's been using homebrew since I think 2012, I've enjoyed using it a lot with only some rare issues. So overal it's been a great experience. I've never do

I was a little skeptical of this claim, so I looked it up. C# winning happens in a handful of cases, but it's extremely rare. Go practically always wins on memory usage, even if it doesn't win the cpu benchmark. See: https:/

The primary reason the Euro even got so high was the 2008 subprime mortgage fallout. After recovering from that it went to around ~1.1 and seems to remain there with some ups and downs. Considering the current sociopolitical circumstances s
