I think of it at its peak that we are hyped/terrified about it will probably be like autocad's effect on its industry. Where now you need to know a lot more about functional and design and deep knowledge rather than some syntax. I

As I understand it, it's more scaling the company and managing the keys does become an issue if you handle those directly. Imagine explaining this stuff now to a junior dev lol. As for a database's own encryption, I would trust it

With not complex data for sure, I think SQL testing is so much easier once you start having hierarchies and many to many relationships start piling up.

Personally I subscribe to the 'you are what you eat' view of social media, we are social creatures, and we will always adjust ourselves to fit what we feel is THE group. Any media then makes subconscious biases whether we like it

Pronouns if you don't need gender/ads but want a personal experience, then add gender for ad stuff and disclose it, if you don't need sex. Use modern terms where sex is referring to biology and gender as identity. Just avoid
