Where is this latest information? The articles timestamped today or yesterday still quote two officers saying he was hit in the head with a fire extinguisher. I don't see reference to your last point.

Among other things, you're omitting that they beat a police officer to death. I would also be surprised if the only people who felt disturbed by this whole event were "some politicians".

Because that is the specific topic of this thread? The same arguments are brought up with these other aspects, too. Are you trying to suggest that the problems with those other mediums somehow negate the problem here?
