Or, you know, fixing the US political process so that a handful of ideologues aren't in a position to ignore popular sentiment and derail even the mildest form of action.

A $1 per month fee was favored by 57 percent of those surveyed. However, if the monthly charge increased to $10 a month, just 28 percent would be supportive, while 68 percent would be opposed." If you're talking about any sort of climate regulation that costs the average tax payer more than a few dollars a month, it isn't a handful of ideologues that are stopping you, it's the electorate.
