The other problem with always angry protesters is that the list is endless, so as soon as something gets fixed, the next day there is just another protest for something else.

I had the same experience. The other part is without a team you have to do every single low level task, which takes a lot of time you didn't really think about before.

One big electricity storage problem is seasonal - eg cold sunless winters. Eg batteries are great for daytime charging your car - but they aren't great for storing up a whole summer's worth of energy to burn in the winter. Hydroge

If it encourages them to downsize from their family home after their children have moved out, its a better outcome than having lots of older couples living in 5 bed houses mixed in with families in High Density buildings.

Brings it into line with all other states in the country which have more sensibly priced housing market. Its crazy that someone who's owned a house in the bay area for 50 years pays a tiny fraction of the neighbor who bought just now.

Revoking Proposition 13 is best solution. If boomers had to pay 1% tax on the current value of their CA house they'd quickly downsize.
