I think with both DDR3 and DDR4, the number of bits in the row address depends on the DRAM density.

To be more precise, I am talking about the DRAM shortage.

Part of the problem is that we have been running a trade deficit for decades in the first place.

It probably don't help that Intel decided not to officially support 8Gbit DDR3 and that not all Skylake laptops were DDR4. It is also funny that DDR3 ended up lasting more than a decade.

Worth mentioning that it is impossible to stick only one chip into a DIMM, though soldering only one or two chips on is common in embedded applications.

Yea, the essay has other problems I want to fix too. What I am interested in most is the points about Larry/Sergey BTW.

"He asked a Google engineer at a cocktail party whether he should be worried about his privacy." Something similar is what led me to write my essay on ad tracking and Google that tried to trace it back to Larry and Sergey: http:&

There are also Google Analytics/Urchin though. Part of the point of the essay (and one of the hardest parts for me to write) is to figure out when they merged the tracking data after the acquisition. I would consider the DoubleClick on

There are other known problems with the essay as well. For example, I mentioned storage costs but it turned out to be more complex than that. The point is not only to provide an overview though but more importantly to trace back the problem

It is not impossible to use gcc to generate 16-bit code, but it lacks support for things like near and far pointers.
