Sounds like the typical "administrative processing". They typically do not give any reason, just that they "need a bit more information" and "the processing typically concludes in 60 days or less". You may be

I've heard so. I think my first DB train was around 2019, it was another ICE from Berlin to Munich. They've changed the train, cancelled all seat reservations as a consequence, delayed it for a few hours, I missed my connection

Moreover, I've never heard of a long-distance passenger train being delayed or cancelled in Russia. Granted, I mostly knew about major trains to major destinations from Moscow/Saint Petersburg. Not a single person I knew had a p

The map claims a journey from Berlin to Bremen takes 2h57m. My last one took 6h 33m. And it was only a single connection in Hamburg. The Berlin-Hamburg ICE got stuck for a few hours in the middle of nowhere, then a few trains from Hambur

Do you have any example of a removed person with .ru email who lives and works in the US? I saw some comments on Reddit about people with @gmail.com (I think), but other comments pointed out that these people were not actually removed and w

For those confused: GitHub has comments for commits, and some are piling up for this particular Linux kernel mirror.

It seems to me that C and Rust approach library APIs with different mindsets. Warning: lots of stereotypes follow. Rust believes APIs should be [close to] impossible to use incorrectly. So we get rich type system, contracts, and other kinds

Fun fact: execution is not only deterministic, but guaranteed to terminate eventually. I.e. no indefinite loops or recursion is allowed. Quite useful for a configuration language. Of course, that means it's not Turing-complete.

Would you mind linking to PhpStorm community edition? I don't remember being one. I believe only IntelliJ and PyCharm come with a free version, and the rest (CLion, RubyMine, PhpStorm, WebStorm, GoLand) do not.
