The only advantage Tesla has is their charging network. They were forced to build it out because they were the first car out there and they needed to provide a way for their customers to use their cars. However now it has become their stren

Is it possible they pivoted from a consumer device to a business device mid stream and so did not do justice to the functionality? They probably should have waited to iron out the issues before releasing.

Novell and NetWare to me is an illustration of how tough it is to kill companies. Even today they get upwards of 500 million on NetWare revenue. We, in the tech field, are scored about new tech but it’s a great thing to see that most people

The telcos have all my info, name, ssn, address everything. They can easily prevent all of this. These spammers generate revenue for the telcos and so for them spoofing calls is a service they are providing and don’t want to remove that “fe

I did not read this bill, but I am vey worried that regulating it will bring crypto into the fold of regular financial markets/constructs and the government will bail out any perpetrators of fraud or mismanagement, like SBF, going forw

We got really lucky that the crypto industry is not regulated. If it were, the politicians would have gotten the opportunity to bail SBF out. Of course they wouldn’t want all the job losses!

How do you enforce that? The retail investors are not aware of that and they have no way to compare at the point of trade. If they grease enough palms in the government they are free to do what ever they want

I had no idea that, until the recent round of “innovation”, the retail investor traded only with other investors in the brokerage consumer list. I always thought the brokerage is just facilitating access to the actual trading desk where the

I get the overall sentiment and agree with it. However, politicians themselves don't listen to praises or criticism for the most part. Once they are elected, they don't have to work on making things better for their constituents.
