Can that be extrapolated that any and all AI output cannot be copyrighted?
- systoll 4y agoThe precedent is purely that the AI itself won’t be awarded the copyright. The claimant here explicitly denied being involved in authoring the piece, and the copyright office took that at face value. Anyone who actually wanted copyright would claim to be the author.
