I believe the 90day limit for ISOs is just the time to get the tax benefits. You can still exercise after 90days, you just pay more.

It feels weird that so much old software from the 80's or even 90's and newer has to be reverse-engineered in order to be understood. The process almost seems like something an archeologist would perform on an artifact thousands o

I wonder if there's a way to beam the key out into space with RF at a very distant, but RF-reflective, object. The key hits the object and bounces back and cannot be received until it reaches earth again. I'm not sure such a set-u

I think you're looking at revenue. Year end 2021 was $257,637M, divide by 4 = $64.4B per quarter. Net income was $76B or about $19B per quarter. https://abc.xyz/investor/static/pdf/2021Q4_alphabet_earning

Related, I kind of wish that Congress would _not_ separate the budget from fiscal policy. Right now they vote on debt limit increases completely separate from the budget, which is bizarre to me because _they_ approved the budget! The side n

I don't think it's always that easy. I work on some large databases (1TB+) where even queries utilizing indexed columns still take prohibitively long to run. Sure we could look into partitioning (and we likely might) but then more

I was wondering this too, I know plenty of people who live alone in Manhattan and don't pay anywhere near $5k. Some renewed recently even but I don't know who had stabilization and who didn't. Where did you see the $4k number
