I have to correct myself, I have a 2016 model. So not sure if it works on a 2015.

Oh that's strange, pretty sure mine is a 2015 model. (Although I would need to check). Once it works, it's actually really great, I mainly use it for my terminal and browser debug tools. It's nice to have some extra space.

I've upgraded to Catalina on my 2015 MacBook Pro the day it released (didn't run the betas), and I haven't experienced any problems. I mostly use it for development, everything still works. My only annoyance so far has been S

In Hong Kong this is daily life, on public transport everyone is glued to their phones. When walking, people are just walking around like zombies, often bumping into each other because they aren’t paying attention. Admittedly, I’m on my pho

I still use booking.com quite frequently, but the dark patterns are starting to annoy me. I wish there was a better alternative tho, yes, I could book from hotels directly, but I still need to find those hotels, that's why I use someth

I don't see them claiming to be innovative. They're offering a solution similar to Gatsby, but for people who prefer Vue.

I've only done business class on shorter flights, and if you have the money, I would definitely recommend it. To me, the extra space in premium as well worth it, and it's not as steep of a price increase versus business. I agree w

The main difference seems to be that this is for Vue, while Gatsby uses React. Other than that, It actually looks exactly the same.

I know this might sound privileged, but I fly at least long haul once a year, and for the past few years I decided to upgrade to premium economy, and it has been a massive improvement. I can actually get some sleep, can stretch my legs, and

To be a bit more cynical, every time I see those generic "change the world" and cheeky "office dogs" things listed as a reason to work there, I can't help think; "you really couldn't come up with any meani

I've used MacOS for almost 10 years, and I wasn't aware of cmd+`. My pain point with cmd+tab has always been that it's just switching between applications, not windows.

Good to hear, I was thinking about using Vue for a new project, but now decided to give Web Components (LitElement) a try. I didn't really need all the SPA functionality anyway, just wanted small and fast components.

You're right, and it feels very similar to what we have in Vue/React these days. How are you liking Web Components?

Out of interest, how much real estate would it actually free up? I assume you still need roads for emergency services, delivery trucks, construction vehicles, etc... Maybe the number of lanes can be reduced, but that wouldn't exactly f

I actually quite liked the changes in AS3, and it being more programatic, I think it paved the way for what I do now. After AS3, I remember switching to Flex, and basically using it like any current language. Although I absolutely hated the

That would imply having your other phone available. The original suggestion was to clean your phone, and then restore it from a backup. So the whole "transfer data to the new device" wouldn't work.

If this was an independent review I would take it more serious, but it comes from authy directly. Serious question tho, can Authy be used on any website that supports Google Authenticator?
