I'm in a similar boat as you. COMPLETE opposite experience as other folks, to the point of pathology. I could not overeat to save my life. I cannot lift weights and expect any growth due to lack of caloric intake. When I try to exceed

As a somewhat disagreeable person, I have to agree. So much of my time spent at work is in a state of frustration at processes and people. I think it's my job to be vocal about what I see, either to improve the situation, or correct my

Nice. Ya, I've had difficulty finding a trainer. Tried one last year but they just gave me cookie cutter workouts irrelevant to my goals. I have injuries that I need to both program around and help rehab, and someone to keep me honest.

The most trite of goals: go to the gym. More specifically, hire a trainer and exercise outside my home. For many real and imagined reasons, my lack of a fitness routine is becoming the greatest risk to my life being miserable. I'm alre

If I wanted to be clever, I'd use software to detect a quick double-tap of shift to be caps lock. Nowadays I have convenient access to it via a mod-key on a programmable keyboard, but still don't use it. Holding shift seems to fee

Same. Caps lock is such a dumb key, I don't even rebind it. So I have 3 CTRLs.

I agree. There's always more to pay. But I've never thought to myself "geez my brakes aren't enough". Disc brakes are too powerful IMO, and thus dangerous. And honestly I don't even know what difference wheels

I ride daily, to commute and workout and just for joy on a Sunday. In a city. I've never considered anything but a steel frame (most common), in the realm of $1000 or less fully built. Sure, I desire more. But we're talking about

I don't know this article grasps what wisdom is, except for being able to shallowly write out a definition. There's tons of wisdom out there, but the more widely applicable it is (across different people/experiences), the mor

Yes, waiting for a promotion and maybe some stock vesting, then I can't wait to move. As much as I love money, I'm financially stable enough. Going to force myself to prioritize other things. Good luck.
