why not? it's a really good language. type safety is extremely valuable if you have any project that is sufficiently complex or has enough people working on it.

The same exact results can be yielded by OOP interfaces and implementations, so I unfortunately don't feel this is a valid argument for microservices.

Why? CSS selectors are the normal web developer way to select content from a document. Even JavaScript adopted the approach.

unrelated, but I really wish people would stop using old.reddit.com links. reddit has support for user-preferences for exactly this. if you want the old site, you can make reddit.com resolve to the old site, or resolve to the new site, depe

What about Cyberpunk was abysmal to you? I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the gun-play. NPC animations left some to be desired, but overall I thought the graphics were super engaging and Night City was super fun to run around in.

How does it handle state and restarts? What happens if a job is scheduled to run "before 10am", then the entire server restarts at 9:55am, will it try to run that same job again when it boots back up?
