Yes, this looked like an absolute mess. Repurposing a toaster oven as a reflow oven would have given much better results or just using a hot plate.

The support is provided by a company called CIQ rather than the engineers behind Rocky itself. You can even see their support tiers on their website (NASA picked Advanced) https://ciq.com/support/rocky-linux/

Probably because too many people have accidentally packed loaded flare guns on the plane. A loaded gun is only dangerous if someone uses it. A flare gun probably doesn't have much in terms of safeties so it has a better chance of going

Sounds like a USB power supply that doesn't do any power negotiation and just gives as much current over 5V as it can handle. Those things typically top out at 2.4A so not really sure where you'd get one that could do much more.

I can certainly see someone running a one-person Etsy or farmers market stand business all from their iPhone. You use Excel or Google sheets to track expenses and income or just track it in a real ledger book. All the banks have an app now.

So they still have humans loading up the dough flattener, applying cheese and toppings, taking the pizza out of the oven, putting it in the automatic cutter, and then handling the pizza until it gets to your door? Other than the dough flatt

I've always heard the PS2 Linux kit was to defeat some higher tariffs on importation of video game consoles versus the lower ones on personal computers. Some editions of the PS2 came with the network module pre-installed so maybe even

That's exactly why they did this. They can lock out 3rd party vendors and also force you to buy new heads at an interval of their choosing all in the name of "ensuring quality".

If MSFT matches the same YTD return this time next year, a $120k salaried worker would have to invest $18k to get the same return they'd receive with a 5% raise. $18k is a lot of money for someone making $120k, probably living in an ex

Digikey doesn't give a shit about interfacing with a hobbyist tool. There's no money in it. They'd much rather spend the resources on developing interfaces for their customers that spend 100-1000x more money with them.
