For the love of all mighty, if you happen to use the TS template DO NOT FOR A SECOND assume you’re using it in strict mode. For whatever reason CRA has a different hidden env var flag that controls this even though you have a “strict: true”

All this gets solved quite easily, you add all the new hires to a sanctions list. Those people will be unable to bank and use any modern financial institution. Very easily fixed problem, now how moral it is, that’s up for debate.
