Samsung also tried to push their own mobile OS for a long while after android become dominant. Samsung is large enough that it's hard to tell overarching strategy though.

'sudo pip install <something huge with a ton of deps>' could potentially make system packages go wonky. Working inside a venv is perfectly safe.

NGL I dig a management team that doesn't take themselves too seriously. It's simply awkward advertisement; you'll see much worse on any local tv station.

I <3 Packer syntax, this is telling me I should look at a lazy migration. I have a make file that I run ~whenever i kickstart a new machine/vm that handles (most of) the annoyance.

It seems reasonable in my ~300 line neovim config :D and yes; i know that's a ridiculous example that's not really comparable for anything significant.

It all comes down to what you want and what you buy. I've had my 11" MBA in service since it launched. I did have to pull off OSX because (it became garbage); but the hardware has been solid for a decade+ now. My 2019 rMBP lasted
