I haven't seen an ad on the internet in at least a decade so this sounds about right. My mom recently somehow managed to disable the ad-blocker I have setup on her computer and was blown away by how much advertising is on the internet.

To add onto this, my experience is you never want a fully automated status page for another two reasons: 1. External engineers will start to automate recovery/mitigation processes around your status page if it has real time status. 2.

SDK design problems not unique to AWS. Companies that startup dedicated language SDK teams eventually find those teams needing to justify their existence so you end with needless new versions. Some better than others
