Not OP or the author but is "therapy" a worthy enough goal? I sometimes look back at some of my notes and feel a (nice) sense of time having passed by. Reminds me of how much little time we all have :)

You will be surprised at the simplicity of this. I open up the breathing app on my Apple Watch and just try to time my breaths to the haptic feedback I get :) . Works wonders. I highly recommend starting with this if you are interested. You
