All studies point that there is no easier to learn a language in your 30s than in your teens. Probably easier since you have better mental tools for study. Of course time constraints can be worse (or better)

Yea, that extreme side exists too. Truth is inbetween. AI with the instructions from a dev that knows what it is doing writes better code than most regular 9-17 devs.
