yeah, STRCMP. And I wouldn't call it "documented", unless it provides references to the official reports. The link points to a Cisco site, and what would you expect Cisco to say? here's a legacy archive of the relevant a

Sounds like there’s no macro support? Edit: in that case, better target FreePascal or Lazarus.

Agreed. Nothing fundamental but js sugars. For me the IDE is more like a text editor bundled with extra goodies. E.g. multi-window (thus multi display), more elaborated software hierarchy (not just for code editing) vs. a main panel as edit

(b) with a custom build step you can embed the pdb file into the assembly as embedded resource. not recommended though. the best practice I believe, is to supply a symbol package in parallel to a nuget package. _edit: there's also symb

Your response shows a good example of not interpreting the strongest, or possibly the only intent, of the message. Your explanation is flawed because it’s derived from how you think of the speaker with no good faith.

Can we attach such things to the high buildings? Thus we can build low cost distributed systems across a city.

If, in the language of the article, you can crowdfund leadership capital from a few of them, you will have a much larger amount of spendable LC.

Not quite a part of "Java culture". See Roslyn compiler, .NET Expression tree, C++ `std::visit` or tons of DOM tree rewriting js stuff. Actually `visitor` and `pattern matching` are not mutually exclusive. imo the only difference

Interesting question. I think it is critical to point out that, the underlying principles for a graph database is different from RDBMS, because the operators in a graph database may not comply to relational algebra. Consider the following c

LINQ is not just for SQL. Say if your LINQ queries are but simply `where obj.prop == val`, you can have a Redis LINQ provider hot-swapped in. Even without the use of other backends it may still be beneficial. The "abstraction layer&quo

Yes, for example if we can do tables with color-background text, it would save columns to draw the column boarders. :) Even if we go with monochrome charts, it will be super useful for describing data structures and visualizing algorithms.

Brainstorm: what if we really make a vim plugin for pixel art? I see this to be hugely practical. It will enable rapid charting in source code documentation, and also, solve the table formatting problem once and for all. Edit: shapes? Patte
