Many official looking order forms and paperwork in supply chains come filled out in all caps. It's a descendant of all those forms you would fill in with pencil and they'd say "MUST HAVE CAPITAL LETTERS" for legibility.

That's actually surprisingly cunning. Run a very in depth training program on how "not" to do antitrust. Secretly, it's just a training course in antitrust. Gotta respect the level of commitment to evil.

The alternative is to go to GCP and use the big GCP selling point, which is Big Table/Big Query. Those databases build most of that in, and it's all one fairly excellent distributed monolith.

I imagine the 2D effects animation is also done in vectors like the 3D. Maybe a better way of phrasing my answer is that Arcane was done in vector shapes. Whilst anime is sometimes done "quick and dirty" by agreeing on a raster re

Arcane is 3D animation (vectors and polygons) over painted backgrounds for 100% of it I believe. Anime is computer edited 2D cells drawn on tablets for foreground and background and layered. The 3D work is limited to certain scenes. 3D a

Essentially this. Scrum is rarely the problem in a team without nontechnical managers. The issue is that this rarely occurs.

Yeah I'm very confused. I think the commenter is just an unimaginative American. If you actually cook food from actual ingredients it's not difficult at all to avoid sugar. You can even bake your own bread.
