I found podcasting to be one of the more delightful parts of the internet, for a while mostly ignored by the surveillance and adtech applied to the rest of the web. Overcast is wonderful and I hope can continue to support an open podcasting

I really hope that Snapchat can build out this platform. I love their core services (chatting and stories), and would trust them significantly more as a sign-in partner compared to Facebook or Google.

I'm inclined to believe that these orders are not coming from the top (i.e. the Governors or Police Chiefs) to go after people with cameras. I have a feeling that it is often the police forces themselves that will often spur aggression

We used it for Steamworks ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FIRST_Steamworks ), where speed was a priority for our light robot. Unfortunately, defense was utilized to our detriment.
