I think it’s for military protection. I had a flight canceled due to GPS jamming. I think it was to protect a U2 flight. Putin also flies around with GPS jammers.

I have a feeling Australia will also get nukes reasonably soon. First nuke subs, then US bases with US nukes, then nuke subs with nukes. The Chinese pushed the Australians too far, they underestimated their obstinance. Australian attitudes

The more entitled they expect you to be... which helps in framing negotiations. E.g. we have to pay MBA guy X dollars or he will be upset.

It seems that this pay-cut is for the benefit of the investors - who I doubt will appreciate it as much as he expects. He could take deferred payment, use it to negotiate a bigger stake.

I got the impression that vscode (monaco) was green lit in order to retain certain people threatening to leave. MS is having retention and talent acquisition problems. Luckily there are enough people with enough clout to do these projects.

I used to work in this space. It is incredibly easy to detect and counter. It just costs money. Amazons retail margins are too good to mess with. Customers are not leaving fast enough to make fixing it worth it. Every time you produce a mod

Why not keep the scooters in the cars. Grab one on the way out, leave it behind when you get home. Request an uber with a scooter in it. There will have to be some leveling between cars but that’s surely easier than blanketing the city.
