It depends on the carrier implementation. Here in Italy both TIM and Vodafone allow for infinite rescan of the same qrcode, Wind3 does not.

1) add source control and put a deploy system in place (start with manual steps, then automate what make sense 2) depending on the size of your db, you may want to just go with a shared dev db. So now you can fix and enhance things in dev 3

Anecdotal but I am still fine with a 2013 iPad Air, just missing some features because of the non upgradable os. Not sure that the fact that sales are decreasing means that the iPad is doing bad

At least some brands let you switch Fn and Ctrl via bios settings. This help me be consistent with full size external keyboards.

I see this happening also with the default clipboard manager in windows and 1password - copied passwords do not show up in the clipboard menu (downside they are not pastable in VMs either)

This is a slap in the face to all of their long time customers. To me it looks like a risky decision more than a smart one. Note that new customers just go the subscription path because that is the only option advertised.

1P 6 running pretty well on last macOS makes your statement wrong. The fact that you pay a monthly fee doesn’t guarantee you anything you described. In fact there are plenty of feature requests that 1P team has just ignored over the years.

For offline checking you will eventually need some data (first name, last name, birthdate) to validate against eg. an ID card.

Even better they should embed this Choosy functionality inside firefox as an option. Eg: I'm on firefox and I click on a link that contains a domain that I would to open on a different browser. I admit this is a very power user feature

Too bad Bitwarden does not support sync to folder/iCloud/Dropbox/whatever. I prefer not to deal with self hosted environment but I also am worried about depending on someone else hosting for accessing my passwords.
